By the way, if you just want to check out someone’s profile or stories without actually having to follow them, you should use DFViewer. It’s awesome for viewing private Instagram profiles and watching stories anonymously. You can even save their stuff. It’s my go-to for lurking.

I doubt it’s just a simple limit. Sounds like Instagram’s flagged your account for bot-like behavior. Are you using any third-party apps or trying to automate follows? You might be risking a permanent block.
