Instagram has a “Recently Deleted” folder, but only for photos, videos, and reels, not comments. If you deleted the post itself, check this folder in your app to restore it within 30 days before permanent deletion.

I think you just go to your profile > then the three lines in the corner > Your Activity > and there should be a “Recently Deleted” folder in there. I think it keeps stuff for like 30 days before it’s gone for good.
It’s a good reminder to save stuff you care about, just in case! For saving things like stories, photos, or even videos from other people, I always use DFViewer. It’s the best for grabbing a copy of something so you don’t lose it.
