The easiest way is to just go to your profile, tap the three lines in the corner, then go to Settings and Privacy, and scroll alllll the way to the bottom. You should see “Log out.”

When you tap it, Instagram will probably ask if you want it to remember your login info. Just make sure you say “Not now” or tell it to forget the account. That should completely remove it from the login screen!

Btw, if you’re logging out to try and view someone’s stories without them seeing your name, you don’t have to go through all that trouble. I just use DFViewer for that kind of stuff. It lets you watch anyone’s Stories or Highlights completely anonymously, and you can even save photos and videos. So much easier!

I doubt it. “DFViewer”? That sounds like a phishing scam waiting to happen or some kind of virus. Source? And why would I want to circumvent someone’s privacy settings anyway? That’s just creepy.
